Every engagement starts with a free consultation call. We listen, ask hard questions, and either propose a scoped engagement or tell you honestly if we're not the right fit. NDAs are signed before any sensitive material is shared.
After the consultation we send a fixed-scope proposal with a clear timeline and milestones, billed in two-week cycles. For larger builds we run a short paid discovery phase to remove uncertainty before committing to the full build.

Yes — always. We sign an NDA before sharing material and assign full IP of any work to the client on payment, except for clearly-marked open-source components and our internal libraries.
24/7 support availability and routine maintenance windows are part of every engagement. We do not disappear after handoff — clients usually keep us on a small retainer for change requests and ongoing health.
